TV Blackbox reported at the time that production of the Channel Ten show had been ‘falling into disarray’.

Due to quarantine requirements, members of the production crew, producer supervisor, and even host Beau Ryan are said to have taken time off work.

In a statement to TV Blackbox last month, a spokesperson for Channel Ten said that filming would continue.

A small number of positive COVID cases have been detected during production of The Amazing Race Australia, but filming for the upcoming season has not been affected, the statement read.
