Tiger Woods and defending champion Phil Mickelson will compete in the PGA Championship next week, with both confirmed in the playing field announced on Monday.

“To get from there to here, we’re very excited about the prospect of the future, about working out, about getting into that gym and doing a few other things to make my legs stronger, which we can’t do it yet because it needs more time to heal.
“I think it needs a few more days to heal after that, but we’ll get it back after it and we’ll start.”
