Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Josh Giddey was revealed this season, to the point where he even gave out stat lines that few have seen before.
You might have had to double down if you saw the 19-year-old’s numbers in the score box on Sunday. In the win over the New Orleans Pelicans, Giddey had a brace… but he did so without a point. In fact, Giddey failed to score throughout the game, finishing with 0 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
According to StatMuse, no player has scored a brace without a point since Norm Van Lier did it for the Cincinnati Royals in 1971.
