He also claims that you can use any leftover vegetables at home. Shiitake mushrooms add a lovely flavor. He revealed that he likes a lot of lemon and peanuts in his Pad Thai recipe.
Element:
2 onions (sliced)
Shiitake mushrooms (sliced) – cup
Carrot (julienned) – 1
Radish (sliced) –
Broccoli – cup
Green onions – a handful
chives
1 egg
Tamarind sauce – 50 ml
Palm sugar – 15 grams
Light soy sauce – 30 ml
Fish sauce – A few drops
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Garlic (sliced) – 5 to 6 cloves
Yellow lemon
Bean sprouts
Scallion
Peanut
According to Saransh Goila, here’s how you can make Pad Thai:
1) First, cut the onion, shiitake, carrot, radish and broccoli. Arrange everything on a plate with spring onions and chives.
2) Crack an egg and set it aside. Take 150 grams of main noodles and soak in hot water for 10 minutes.
3) Take the peanuts and grind them. You can do this with the help of a mortar and pestle available at home. Keep it aside.
4) Prepare a special sauce with tamarind, jaggery, light soy sauce and a few drops of fish sauce. Mix it all very well.
5) Take a pan (or kadhai), and heat some sliced garlic in it. Add the sliced onion, followed by the carrots, turnips, mushrooms, and broccoli. Cook for a few minutes. Then, put the noodles into the pre-processing. Mix.
6) Pour in the sauce you prepared and mix well with the noodles. Now, it’s time to add the beaten eggs. Just add the eggs to one side of the pan and stir well. Remember you don’t need to create bhurji from it. Just lightly cook the eggs. Pad Thai is ready.
