First, peel the onion and slice it 1 inch thick. After slicing, remove the center segments and keep only the outer ones. Separate the layers to prepare the rings. To make the dough, take besan in a bowl and add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, kasoori methi, finely chopped coriander and chaat masala.
