Mia Jaye says Dolph’s death is unfair to his family
In her video, Mia explains that she sees and feels Dolph’s absence from the father’s presence will affect their children. At the same time, she understands that they too are dealing with the pain of losing Dolph.
“And I just went crazy, I went crazy, like I went crazy,” Mia shared tearfully. “Why do we have to go through this? Why is this what my family has to endure, why is this what my children have to endure? Because someone feels that it is better to just take someone’s life. And then you come to the reason behind it, it was never good enough. “
Mia also mentioned her ongoing campaign, ‘Black Men Deserve To Grow Old’, which she launched after losing her brother to violence. She expressed that the deeper she went, the more she wondered if anything would change.
“Like I campaigned for ‘Black men deserve to age,’ I say this, like the more I say it, the more I ask myself, will this ever change? Like this is really the way of the world and I feel so uncomfortable,” Mia said.
In January, Mia shared that she could not have imagined that she would use her campaign to cure diseases in her family.
“I didn’t know I was running this campaign to help my brother’s family and other families that have been affected by such violent crimes. I didn’t know that I was also preparing for my own journey,” Mia said in an interview. “I’ve received a lot of support from fans to different celebrities, I mean just everyone.”
