Think9 Consumer plans to acquire multiple direct-to-consumer businesses in sectors including fashion, beauty and Ayurveda to create its own brand listings. The multi-brand e-commerce platform is pursuing acquisition talks to achieve this goal.

“We are co-creating digital-first brands focused on high gross margins, high average order value and profitability,” business promoter Ashni Biyani said in a statement. Interactive emails with the ET Bureau. “Instead of acquiring brands and revenue, we started from stage 0-1, building the brand and business platform.”
The business is currently negotiating with about 12 D2C brands that specialize in retailing products in categories including clothing, FMCG, cosmetics, Ayurvedic goods, home decor, children’s furniture and retail in general. Acquiring a group of D2C brands will allow Think 9 Consumer the opportunity to achieve a ‘house of brands’ business model.
Ashni Biyani is the daughter of Future grouppresident of Kishore Biyani. “We are keen to partner with entrepreneurs and people who intuitively understand the digital space,” says Biyani.
New ventures for the business include Panchamrit, a wellness brand that makes gummies, tablets and multivitamin strips, and Kingdom of White, which retails white t-shirts. Think9 is also partnering with personal care brand Beauty in Everything.
