The UN human rights office issued a warning about continued Israeli attacks in northern Gaza

A deadly airstrike on Saturday hit a residential area in Beit Lahiya, killing at least 87 people, according to the Gazan Health Ministry.
Attack the hospital
The pain deepens as hospitals struggle with severe shortages of fuel and medical supplies, and rescue teams report being blocked or attacked during operations life-saving.

The United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process also condemned the ongoing attacks.
“The nightmare in Gaza is increasing day by day. Horrifying scenes are unfolding in the Northern Strip against a backdrop of conflict, relentless Israeli attacks and a worsening humanitarian crisis,” Tor Wennesland said in a statement on Sunday.
He called for an immediate end to the war, the release of hostages held by Hamas and an end to forced displacement. He emphasized the need to protect civilians and allow unimpeded humanitarian aid.
“The path forward will require courage, political will and renewed dialogue. We owe it to the suffering families in Gaza and Israel. The war must stop now.”
