The stock market is dominating the Federal Reserve — but that doesn’t mean it’s not over yet. Attention is now turning to the US economy – and will it sink into recession will determine if a retest of the lows is imminent.

It wasn’t a great week for the stock market, but it wasn’t a bad week either. The

S&P 500 Index

down 0.7%. The

Nasdaq Composite

significantly reduced by more than 1.6%.
