The Queen’s Incredible Journey as a Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother
The Queen loved her great-grandson very much. In a previous interview, Prince Harry revealed how she used to give beautiful gifts to her great-grandparents.
Harry said: “Interestingly, my grandmother asked us what Archie wanted for Christmas and Meg said a waffle maker, she sent us a waffle maker for Archie… so the meal this morning, Meg makes a beautiful organic mix, in the waffle machine, flips it, it comes, he loves it. Archie literally wakes up in the morning and says ‘waffles’.”
William has also previously paid homage to the Queen as a great-grandmother and the way she is passionate about whatever the children do.
He said: “She’s always been incredibly loving with children and I find that now with Charlotte and George she’s very caring with the kids, and loves to keep an eye on them, especially Charlotte, she’s hooked. fascinated by what Charlotte does.”
