Floridians are finding themselves in a landscape that has changed after Hurricane Ian swept through the area on Wednesday. Images of the aftermath show a glimpse of the devastation wrought by the powerful Category 4 storm: homes were swept away, boats were ripped from moorings, and neighborhoods were devastated. Rescue and recovery efforts were underway after some of the more dangerous conditions subsided, but Ian’s full kill range remains unclear.
