Konami is said to have multiple Silent Hill projects in development at different studios, a rumor recently endorsed via Silent Hill Film director Christopher Gans. The most persistent are the Bloober Team, the creators of Medium and Layers of Fear, a remake of Silent Hill 2. In late September, it was reported that a title titled Silent Hill: Short Message was evaluated in Korea.
The last official full Silent Hill game was not received in 2012 Book of memories for PS Vita. Of course, there’s also the PT of 2014, the previously playable trailer for Hideo Kojima’s canceled Silent Hills.
For years, Silent Hill fans have had to listen to rumors and allusions regarding what’s next for the series, so hopefully Wednesday’s presentation will reward that patience with some Interesting announcement. What do you expect to see in Silent Hill Transmission? Let us know in the comments section!
