The floor is a bit big, like it’s really big

Valve announced the Steam Deck in July of last year and it was met with cautious excitement. Its premise is great – play your Steam games on the go in Switch style – but many people were confused by the actual layout of the device. Its buttons seem to run to the edge, the analog sticks are quite tall (and not as lopsided as on the Switch), and there are two very large touchpads.

Oh, and it looks pretty big. With The excitement is constantly growing for the deviceValve announced last week that Steam Deck will launch on February 25 (for those who pre-order the first batch, of course). The release date is near and it looks like a few people already have their hands on the device. They also posted some comparison images, revealing that the Steam Deck is very dull.

As you can see in the image above, the Steam Deck is significantly larger than the Switch. For fans of large screens and those with large hands, this could be an interesting comparison. For those with smaller hands or fans of more compact devices, that excitement may wane. Only time will tell but luckily we won’t have to wait too long as the Steam Deck will reach consumers later this month on February 25th.
