The branch’s early Black Friday sale features deals on our top office chairs

The branch has become one of my favorites home office furniture companies for three main reasons. First, its products are easy to assemble, with clear instructions and helpful assembly videos. Second, they look good, with a variety of color options and an overall pleasing aesthetic. Third, everything is reasonably priced. Sure, you can find cheaper office chairs and standing desks, but they’re well-designed, functional, and have longer warranties than most.

That’s good news. Branch has started Black Friday sales eventruns through December 2. You can get 15% off select products and 20% off if you bundle things together, which also gets you free shipping. You will need to use the code BFCM at checkout to see the discount in your cart. I’ve tested several of the company’s products—this is my favorite and is well worth your money.

Discounts on branch office chairs

This is mine Top office chair recommendations for several years. It’s well priced, adjusts quite well, and looks pleasant. You can buy it in a variety of fun colors, but this will increase the price. The armrest goes up and down, back and forth, and you can adjust the seat depth (useful for taller people). There is also an adjustable lumbar support to ensure support for the natural curve of the spine. Comfortable foam seat and mesh back allow for good airflow. I had no trouble sitting on it for hours as a 6’4″ man, but my 5’1″ wife loved it too.

Branch just released Ergonomic Pro Chairarguably improves on the original in a number of ways. I have the original box but haven’t had a chance to set up and try it yet. If you want to take your chances, it’s also on sale at a price A nice $75 discount, costing you $424.

Verve is “next step” check out our guide if you can spend a little more, although that may soon change as I tried the Ergonomic Chair Pro. It keeps my back straighter, more comfortable, and looks better. There is an additional headrest if you want but I don’t find it necessary. If you need a wider seat, you may want to look elsewhere, as the armrests may feel like they’re pressing on you. Speaking of which, these arms only go up and down so there’s not much you can do to move them around. However, this chair has a good level of polish, one level higher than the Ergonomic Chair.

The Softside feels more like you’re sitting in an armchair than an office chair. If you have a bookshelf in your office and often tea drinkerit can complete the aesthetics of your room. It’s soft all around with a lovely fabric that feels durable. If you need a wide seat, this is not the chair for you—the arms are secured and raised straight up off the seat, squeezing you inwards. There isn’t much in the way of adjustment other than locking the backrest, but my back doesn’t. Don’t complain after weeks of sitting in this chair.

I tried the High Back version, which goes all the way to my shoulders (I’m 6’4″). The standard model is the Mid Back, which I can’t vouch for but might work for shorter people. You can also Swap the fabric for leather or vegan leather, but I haven’t tried that either.

Discount on standing desks at branches

I’ve been researching a guide to standing desks and the Duo is my go-to for those who are limited on space. It’s a very small standing desk (though you can choose from a variety of sizes), and the desk’s add-ons are easy to install, like drawers and cable compartments. It is made of artificial wood and has a powder-coated steel frame, and it didn’t take me too long to assemble. There’s a lever on the right side to raise or lower the table, with two height presets. It can be a little tricky to figure out how to maintain the height you want, so keep that manual handy.

This is one of the firsts Pretty The standing desk I tested. You get multiple height presets, a quiet motor, and a large desktop to suit all your needs. material. There is a place at the rear of the hub to run cables. This one has a greater range of movement than the Branch Duo.

4 Leg Branch Standing Desk

This newly launched standing desk just arrived on my doorstep recently, and I still haven’t had a chance to clean out my current setup and assemble it (such is the life of a Gear reviewer). I can’t vouch for this table yet, but I’m including it here because I’ve had an overall positive experience with Branch. This is also a unique looking standing desk with four legs. Used purely to make something like this called Nolan absolutelybut it was discontinued after Herman Miller bought the company. Now Branch has a version and I’m excited to test it out. I think it looks much better than traditional two-legged standing desks. There are three height presets and it can lift up to 225 pounds. Like all Branch standing desks, it comes with a 10-year warranty.

Other good deals

Well, who knows? I’m not the only one who likes Branch. My colleague Boutayna Chokrane tested a series of laptop stands again recently and think that the Branch Adjustable Laptop Stand is actually the best for most people. It elevates your laptop by 7 inches, and you can adjust it to almost any viewing angle. It doesn’t wobble and looks great. It’s a bit difficult to adjust but that’s also what makes it stable and reliable.

An easy way to add more outlets to your desk setup, this Branch accessory clips directly to the desk. I used it for a while on my workbench and have now repurposed it for my tool cabinet to keep all my power tools fully charged (it clips onto the shelf). It looks attractive and offers three sockets as well as USB-C and USB-A. This accessory is UL certified and has a 6-foot cord, long enough to run into the wall.
