The 10 best TVs we’ve reviewed, plus buying advice (2024)
There are so many great TVs out there right now, chances are even the ones that didn’t make our top picks could be great options for you. Here are some of our favorites that just missed out.
Samsung S95C: As noted above, the S95C (8/10, WIRED recommends) is still a great choice. It might even be a better choice for those who don’t want or need the 2024 model’s dim display, but it’s still one of the best OLED TVs you can buy—especially considering its incredibly affordable price tag.
Sony Bravia 7: The Bravia 7 (7/10, WIRED Recommended) is a gorgeous display, offering brilliant brightness, natural colors, and subtle refinement in fine details. Its biggest drawback is poor off-axis viewing, which can be hard to accept given its high price. Otherwise, it’s worth considering for Sony fans.
Hisense U8K: Although the U8N is much brighter, the U8K (8/10, WIRED recommends) was one of last year’s brightest products and adds a lot more—from great contrast to great gaming features. It’s still worth considering if you can find it for a much lower price than the U8N.
Samsung QN90B: Another great product that is still available is the Samsung QN90B (8/10, WIRED recommends) has long been our favorite bright-room TV. It comes in a variety of sizes and offers a bright, colorful picture and a host of appealing features—especially considering its consistently falling price.
