Take a raw papaya and remove the seeds. Then peel it into thin slices. Use a pestle to crush the garlic, then add the long beans, tomatoes and chili peppers and pound a few times to get the juice. Dissolve the sugar, lemon juice, and fish sauce in a separate bowl. Now combine all ingredients and toss to combine. Serve this and enjoy!
