Tessa Thompson immediately applied the pressure to dress on the red carpet at this year’s Venice Film Festival, proving that she is one of Hollywood’s top fashionable girls! Playing with bold designs and bold colors, Tessa Thompson has represented wear designers like Elie Saab, Armani Privé and Christopher John Rogers — while turning heads in the process.
Tessa Thompson had many varieties red carpet looks during the Venice Film Festival in 2022, which included an all-red monochrome design that stopped completely, which seemed to become the couture trend on Little Red Riding Hood. The little red dress with a giant train is by Elie Saab Fall / Winter 2022 haute couture collection. It also features a dramatic hood from her waist to her shoulders. She paired the monochromatic look with red tights, boots and a small handbag.
However, she didn’t finish, as earlier in the festival she called out the last days of summer by wearing a neon green frock, driving the paparazzi crazy. The dress, designed by Christopher John Rogers, features a ruched sleeveless bodice with a long train and minimal fuss. She completed the look with a long silky ponytail and an attached black visor hat.
In the end, Tessa Thompson opted for the classic route, wearing a spring/Summer 2009 abstract haute couture gown by Armani Privé. Contrasting design with metallic silver bra surrounded by a collection of ruched ruffles centered around the waist — while the bottom half is simpler, with an ankle-length black shirt with sequins.
She completed that look with black Giuseppe Zanotti boots and edgy accessories, including a pair of silver choker black cat-eye sunglasses.
At this rate, we can’t wait to see what Tessa wears when awards season kicks off!
