Teofimo López 139.2 Vs. Sandor Martin 139.8 – Weight results

Via Knitting Ambrosio: Former unified lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez weighed in at 139 1/4 pounds on Friday in a 12-round bout against hardcore Sandor Martin this Saturday night live on ESPN at Madison Square Garden in New York. Martin (40-2, 12 KOs) weighs 139 3/4 lbs for the game at 9:00 p.m. ET on GAME + against Teofimo (17-1, 13 KOs).
Teofimo has made a big product of opening a Wonka bar to draw a golden ticket while on stage. It is not clear if Teofimo, 25, has an endorsement deal with Nestle, the company that makes Wonka Bar. If so, that would explain why Teofimo chose to open the bar on stage.

“They may not know me, but they see me as happy, and everyone just wants to be happy now. If they really know, they have it in them. They just need to see it from other people. That’s not a problem, and I like it because it brings me joy.
“Now, I realize that something inside of me is working at the right time. It started at the right time at 25. At 25, I wouldn’t ask why. I will just cycle and enjoy the journey.
“I don’t have to go to the destination. Now, it’s time for the world to see your art. Now, it’s time for them to actually see your art. The whole world will stop and watch Teofimo. I fight for you. Not for anyone else,” said Teofimo.
“He always looks good. Teofimo Lopez Sr. “Everybody knows that. Everyone will see that every fight will get better.
“His body is getting stronger and stronger. His body went through like no athlete would go through what he went through. I know it for a fact. I do not want to say much. Just watch the fight on September 10th. It will be awesome. Don’t miss it. It will be amazing,” Teofimo Sr.
