Now you can officially call the singer Dr. Taylor Swift, when she gets a Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts from New York University on Wednesday, May 18. At the ceremony, Swift wore a pair of Italian brand spotted pumps O Jour. While the bold part, the block heel is great for walking. Swift completed her outfit with earrings from Djula Jewelery and also wore a ring from celebrity’s favorite jeweler Lorraine Schwartz. Her hairstylist Jemma Muradian Swift kept her hair simple, with her bangs in the center, while the makeup artist Lorrie Turk apply her signature bold red lips.
Ahead of the 2022 kick-off ceremony at Yankee Stadium, the 11-time Grammy Award winner posted a BTS reeling on Instagram as she prepares for the big occasion. The video begins with Swift sitting in a car, wearing an oversized gray sweatshirt and a red T-shirt underneath. Then we catch a glimpse of the fitted black dress she wears underneath her gown. “First time wearing cap and cape – see you soon NYU 🥺🥰🗽,” she captioned her post.
The Singer “All Too Well” gave a speech during the ceremony, where she joked, “I’m 90% sure that the reason I’m here is that I have a song called ’22.'” her singing career began since the age of 16, and receiving an award has always been her goal. While she has no official affiliation with NYU, the prestigious college offers students at its Clive Davis Institute. a spring semester course inspired by Swift’s career.
