Tata Tiago NRG CNG variants launched, prices start from Rs 7.40 lakhs
Tata Motors has expanded its CNG portfolio further with the launch of a new generation Tiago NRG iCNG variant. Tiago rugged version now available with alternative fuel option and prices starting at $7.40 lakh for XT version, up to $7.80 lakh (old showroom) for the top XZ version. Compared to the standard gasoline engine version, the iCNG version is slightly better $Expensive over 90,000. Tata Tiago NRG iCNG is equipped with the familiar 1.2-liter 3-cylinder Revotron gasoline engine. The engine has been split on the CNG versions and produces 72 hp and 95 Nm of torque. In contrast, the pure petrol version produces about 85 horsepower and maximum torque of 113 Nm. The engine is only combined with a 5-speed manual transmission on the iCNG version. Tata Motors has not revealed fuel economy figures on the Tiago NRG iCNG.

On the surface, the Tiago NRG iCNG benefits from an additional badge to indicate its dual nature.
