The final four weeks of the regular NFL season mean different things to different teams and fan groups. However, one thing all the teams have in common is that the end is near. Soon, 18 of the NFL’s 32 franchises will be in team-building mode through after Labor Day 2023.

For those teams that are still at risk of qualifying for the knockout stages, the final four weeks of the NFL season will become a knockout. A loss could cause the season to happen sooner than those teams would like. Several teams have been hit hard with Week 15 losses, and they’d better settle down quickly before their record ends the fight.

Buccaneers determined to stay competitive for NFC South race

The Bucs excelled early on against the Cincinnati Bengals. At the end of the first half, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers led 17-3, and seemed poised to take down arguably the hottest team in the NFL, which beat the Kansas City Chiefs two weeks ago.

Then the Buccaneers blew up, at home. They were 17-0 down in the third half. The Buccaneers failed to convert a dummy ball on the first hit of the third inning, and will go on to overturn the ball on their next four possessions. By the time the Buccaneers finally made the pitch in the second half, the game was long out of reach.

For the game, the Buccaneers accumulated a total of 396 yards of fouls compared to the Bengals’ 237. The Buccaneers took a 2-3 lead in fourth while the Bengals didn’t try. The Bengals’ top laner is Ja’Marr Chase with 60 yards. Chris Godwin and Mike Evans both received 83 yards total, and Russell Gage made 59 yards.

This is the game that could have stripped NFC South for the Buccaneers and gave them the look of an aggressive team. Instead, they currently have two games under 0.500 and are still fighting for a place in the knockout stages.

AFC South could take place in Week 18

Speaking of compelling teams, the Jacksonville Jaguars have been coming to Florida in July since Thanksgiving. They have only lost once and their last three wins have been against teams of this caliber in the knockout stages.

The Jaguars beat the Baltimore Ravens with Lamar Jackson on the field, AFC South rivals the Tennessee Titans and on Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys.

Trevor Lawrence is showing why he’s the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. He’s showing off the arm strength, precision and athleticism that led Clemson to the championship. Country, and why he is the thoughtless pick to be the first player out of the table in 2021.

In Week 15, he struggled to fend off the Cowboys’ ferocious defense. The game appeared to be over as the Jaguars fell 27-10 after his third inning interception. However, Lawrence led the Jaguars in test drives on their next two properties. He took the ball wherever he wanted, and then his defense took the game home with a overtime choose six.

On the other side of the country, the Tennessee Titans lost their fourth game in a row. Their most recent game was against the Los Angeles Chargers, who came off the field in 48 seconds to score a penalty after the Titans sealed the score with a touchdown. The Titans seem destined for a third consecutive AFC South title in November. Now they must spend the rest of this season fighting for their playoff spot.

That Week 18 Jaguars, Titans matchup is happening for games that can be bent into it Sunday Night Football final’s night.

The lions are still prowling around that final playoff spot

Dan Campbell still owes the public a video of him drinking electricity which he claims to be his order coffee. You tell us you consume more than 800 milligrams of caffeine in the morning, you need to prove it to Campbell. Have fun with it. Make a crazy TikTok with the woman who claims she took down three or four charged Panera lemonade.

The source of the energy that has come to Leo in the past two months is not clear, but whatever it is, it will bring them to tears. They just lost once since Nov. 6. One of the NFL’s worst defenses has kept four of their last seven opponents under 25 points.

Holding the Jets to 17 points in a win isn’t impressive, but getting those 20 points needed to beat one of the best defenses in the NFL, en route, is certainly remarkable. best. Not because The Lions had sustained success against the Jets’ stellar defense — they didn’t — but were able to hold out against a team with legitimate playoff hopes long enough to claim their sixth win in seven games, is proof that competitors should find a better way to charge if they want to tango with Campbell’s crew.
