Super Games releases the first 30 minutes of gameplay from the quarry

Supermassive Games has released the first 30 minutes of gameplay from The Quarry, its upcoming spiritual successor to Until Dawn 2015.

If you’re not familiar, Quarry is a killer set in a summer camp. Like the movies of the 80s and 90s that inspired it, summer camp is a very important part of The Quarry as well as the young cast that gets together there with or without supervision. In it, nine youth camp counselors were left to spend the night at Hackett Quarry, without children, supervision, and most importantly, Supermassive scammers who were breaking the rules.

In anticipation, things went awry and people started dying from “something much more sinister” that started hunting them down throughout the night, according to a press release from the studio. It’s up to you to control and interact with characters played by actors like David Arquette ( Screaming series), Lin Shaye (A Nightmare on Elm Street, Insidious), Ted Raimi ( Dead Devil Series, Candy man, The Grudge), Ariel Winter (Modern family), Justice Smith (Detective Pikachu), and Brenda Song (Zack and Cody’s Life, Doll face), among others.
