Suns’ Devin Booker could return from injury as soon as Game 6


According to Wojnarowski, Booker was originally expected to be listed as “out of action” on the Suns’ injury report prior to Game 6, but that designation could change before the game.

Booker is also expected to play under a limited minute after his return.

After playing in the first two games of the series, Booker missed the final three against the Pelicans. However, the Suns won two of three games without Booker, leading a 3-2 streak in Game 6 on Thursday.

Booker appeared to aggravate his defensive run-of-the-mill hamstring early in the second half of Game 2. Booker crept out of the courtroom before sitting out on the field for the quarter.

Booker has missed time this season because of a hamstring injury. 25 years old missed seven games in early December left hamstring strain.

In the first two games In the series against the Pelicans, Booker shoots 52.6%, averaging 28.0 PPG, 4.5 assists and 3.0 rebounds in 32.7 minutes per game.

The Suns will close the first series against the Pelicans and enter the second round with a win in Game 6, Thursday at 7:30pm
