SPAC Blockchain Moon acquired (NASDAQ:BMAQ) plans to merge with Norwegian Web 3 and blockchain infrastructure developer DLTx ASA (OTC: DLTXF) through an agreement that estimated the combined company’s initial enterprise value at $163 million.
According to the agreement, Blockchain Moon will substantial acquisition of all assets of DLTxincluding those related to Web infrastructure 3. Transaction is scheduled to take place in the summer of 2023.
After closing, DLTx will move its headquarters from Oslo to the US. Shares of the combined company are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol DLTX. Shares of DLTx are currently on the Oslo exchange.
Blockchain Moon held its initial public offering in October 2021, raise $100 million.
