Soulja boy sent Plies a strong in response to his ongoing copyright infringement lawsuit. As reported previously, class is suing Soulja, GloRilla, Megan Thee Stallion and several labels, including Universal, based it on his “Me & My Goons” beat.

Soulja did not hesitate to call on Plies to sue him. Wearing his usual shirt, white T-shirt, and baseball cap — this time in baby blue and white — Soulja told Plies to sit down and “ruin his a**.”
“What the hell is wrong with your cheap a** n****? ‘Pretty Boy Swag’ ain’t your shit,” the rapper screams into the camera. “So you want to wait ten years to sue a ***a to try to sue a ***a at a beat. That’s not your crazy guy. What the heck is going on with your Plies? You need to change your name to lie because you’re a fucking liar. You know it’s not your mother’s beat.
Soulja Boy doesn’t stop there! He added that Plies should have admitted that he was broke and asked for a loan, then criticized the rapper’s appearance. “Fucking hairline in the middle of your head,” Soulja boy said.
“Those beats are all original music. You can only sue someone if they sample your song and don’t clear it up. That is not a sample,” he said.
By the way, news of the lawsuit has been around since early October. Shortly after the report spread, Glo posted a cryptic tweet about the “need” for common sense. Meg has yet to respond online, but her longtime producer, Max Julien, shared a few words.
Despite his active online personality, Plies has not yet publicly resolved his lawsuit. However, his lawyer clapped back at the producer and clarified that the lawsuit was not personal. Instead, the attorney said the time clock on the good faith agreement with Soulja Boy to use the beat in “Pretty Boy Swag” had expired. Additionally, Megan and GloRilla were named for allegedly sampling the beat from ‘Wanna Be.’
“This is a lawsuit where the leader who really has money here is Universal Music Group. My communications are directed towards the record labels, the people who actually own the music. Artists are great artists, this is not an attack on any artist,” said Plies attorney Walter Mosley. TMZ.
