She posted two gorgeous photos with sweet foam in a rocker as the pair bonded at their home in Melbourne last Sunday.

The adorable photo session was a welcome change of pace for Snezana and her husband Sam Wood, 34, who welcomed Harper back in May.

Woods faced heartbreak when their newborn was taken to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and Snezana was also hospitalized with sepsis shortly after birth.
