Congratulations is in order! Multi Brat looking forward to her wife Jesseca Harris-Dupart. The rapper debuted her pregnant belly in a gangsta-inspired pregnancy photo shoot exclusive release via Everybody magazine. Da Brat opened up about becoming a mother at the age of 48 and decided to expand their joint family.
Brat said: “I never thought I would have children. “I just thought it wasn’t right for me. I’ve had a great career, a fulfilling life. I feel as if, because I hadn’t gotten pregnant earlier, it wouldn’t have happened to me.
Although Da Brat is already a step-parent to Jesseca’s three children, this will be her first. The couple started planning the expansion about a year ago after getting married in February. Brat says their love made her see life differently – and a desire to have a child together.
The initial conversations about a new baby started as a joke, says Jesseca, but when the idea settled, they all joined in and were ready to bake!
“I was like, I want a little bit of me with you. Something special from both of us that we can share, nurture and love unconditionally,” Brat said.
Da Brat reveals medical complications and miscarriage before pregnancy
Based on Everybody, Da Brat is 18 weeks pregnant. The couple used an anonymous donor, described only as one “eager businessman” by magazine. The rapper describes her journey so far as exciting, exhausting and emotional but above all a “blessing”. She says pregnancy makes her sleepy, but she doesn’t have nausea or appetite, she says Everybody.
“Everything makes me cry. If someone is American Idol, I cry.” I like, I’m tougher than that,” Brat said.
At first, the artist said she didn’t like the thought of having children, saying: “Nothing will come out of me,” but Jesseca encourages her to get “experience.” They decided to let Brat hold their baby, but both women suffered complications – Judy during egg retrieval and Brat before the embryo transfer procedure.
The rapper had surgery to remove the fibroids and polyps before the transfer. Then, on their first try, she miscarried.
Da Brat said: “I fell in love with the idea and then it was all taken from me.
But the couple had only a few eggs left and decided to try again. The slums of love Artists are in their second trimester and are excited to share their good news with their fans.
“I think people will be shocked,” said the mother-to-be.
The news is still attracting attention on social networks. And as Brat predicted, shock seems to be a common response in heated Twitter conversations.

The response to Da Brat’s pregnancy announcement tells me how ignorant many people are. You are too old to not know science exists.
