Liam Paynesister and father of, Ruth Gibbins And Geoff Payne, To be grieve the loss of their brother and son, respectively. The ‘One Direction’ singer passed away on October 16 at the age of 31. In addition to family and friends, the artist is survived by his 7-year-old son Bear.

Days after Liam’s fatal fall from a hotel balcony in Argentina, his father flew home to identify his body, arrange transportation and visit the hotel where he died. Meanwhile, a day later, Ruth wrote a heartbreaking public message about her sudden death.

His death is still under investigation. However, earlier this week, an Argentine police official claimed that Liam had “jumped”. The fall occurred after the hotel manager called 911 because of a guest’s erratic behavior in the lobby and in his room.

As mentioned, BBC reported that Geoff visited the CasaSur Palermo hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 18. When he arrived at the scene, Liam’s grieving father was surrounded by paparazzi.

Fans tried to ensure Geoff Payne’s privacy by raising their hands to block the camera flash as the father read tribute messages outside the hotel. There were hundreds of notes, photos, flowers and candles wrapped around an electric pole.

Liam Payne’s sister breaks silence on his death

On Saturday (October 19), Liam Payne’s sister spoke out about the pain of losing her brother. She posted a lengthy statement on Instagram and throwback photos of her and Liam laughing, hanging out, celebrating her wedding, etc.

She begins the letter by talking about him in general terms, recalling their relationship and life as his sister. In the second slide, she speaks directly to her late brother. Ruth writes that she is “struggling to keep up with what is happening.” Liam Payne’s sister added that she would like to see him at home writing a song and going through another artistic phase with him. She remembered the traits she loved about her brother. Her list included his ability to make her laugh, the way he conquered everything he tried, his kindness, and Sunday dinners.

“I don’t feel like the world is good or kind enough to you, and quite often over the past few years, you’ve had to really try your hardest to overcome everything that’s been thrown at you. You just want to be loved and make people happy with your music. You never believed you were good enough, I hope you can now see this outpouring of love that you never received in your time. Thank you for changing my life, thank you for the wonderful memories, thank you for being the best brother and friend I’ve ever had! We will take care of Bear and he will always know how great his dad is and how much you idolize him.”

To close the letter, she apologized for not being able to “save” him. “…I will drive to the ends of the universe to bring you back,” Ruth Gibbins wrote.

Since Liam passed away on Wednesday, his son’s mother, Cheryl Coleand his girlfriend at the time of his death, Kate Cassidyspoke up.
