Serena Williams make her worrythe long awaited return played last month at Wimbledon, but her tournament didn’t last long in singles, as the 40-year-old dropped in the opening round by Harmony Tan. It was reported last week that Williams will participate in the National Bank Open, which begins August 6 and takes place in Toronto, and she will also play at the Western & Southern Open, scheduled to begin August 14 in Cincinnati.
The 23-time Grand Slam champion will also have the opportunity to extend his Open-Era record to 24 by the end of August.
