WASHINGTON — The Securities and Exchange Commission said Monday it has extended the public comment period on three key rule proposals after receiving numerous complaints from interest groups that they do not allow enough time.
The SEC said it will continue to accept comments through June 17 on proposed rules affecting disclosures by private funds, climate-related disclosures by companies and foundations. transactions for Treasury debt.
