Screenshot of Leaked The Sims 5 showing streets and apartment buildings in the city
Last month, EA Maxis showed some early images from Project ReneSims is in development 5. They said they launched the project early because they wanted the community involved in its development.
Well, now it looks like someone leaked an image from the Sims 5 test game recently, which seems to show a city environment with some apartments built inside.
You can watch the official reveal around 26 minutes in the video below:
All images are screenshots playing the game and they posted on Reddit by a user who deleted their account.
Screenshots depict several interiors, at least one of which depicts scenes similar to official Project Rene footage, as well as user interface messages and instructions. However, the scenes showing the urban environment with multi-story buildings are the most interesting of the film, since that is the kind of setting The Sims has previously devoted to expansions.
LEAK🚨
Some images have been leaked of Playtesting Project Rene (The Sims 5).
Keep in mind that it’s possible that EA’s test server has been compromised by hackers (It’s not confirmed yet).

Down in comment of that Reddit threada deleted user – probably OP – said that the player “is focusing on the new building and furniture features. It has 4 studio apartments that are set up for you to mess around or one Empty apartment for you to build. No sim in this at all.” They also wrote that “no sim in this test, it’s just under construction.”
Project Rene’s official announcement also focuses on creative tools, including new functionality like the return of Create-A-Style, which was not available in The Sims 4, and more flexibility in how you change. Size, rotate and refine objects.
The Sims 5 still looks like it’s been a while, but updates and expansions continue to be made for The Sims 4. We’ve recently updated our list of Best Sims expansion pack.
