Sayani Gupta’s meal featured delicious Bengali food
Bengali cuisine is famous for its rich flavors and distinctive cooking style. Today, reminding us of the deliciousness of Bengali food is Sayani Gupta. The actress is a person who loves to eat and often likes to cook a dish herself in the kitchen to eat. So, what did she eat today? Sayani shared excerpts of two dishes from her authentic Bengali meal and they looked absolutely delicious. The first photo shows an attractiveness started to establish. It’s a light curry cooked with Hilsa fish (Ilish maachh) and eggplant (starter) also known as brinjal, with a wide range of spices. Begun ilish is known to be a super pleasant and simple curry that Bengali people love. Referring to the name of the dish, Sayani added a sticker, “My kitchen”.

The next image is another traditional dish – hello posto. In this formula, usually hello referring to potatoes and posto means poppy seed in Bengali. Traditionally, potatoes are cooked with chili, turmeric and a delicious poppy seed paste. Sayani decorated hello posto with some deep-fried minced onion for extra flavor.

The special Bengali vegetarian dish is equally attractive. It’s marinated in chana dal along with potatoes dipped in a thick, spicy gravy.
5) Chingri malai curry
It’s a rich shrimp curry and a great treat for seafood lovers. The shrimp is made into a thick gravy with lots of spices that taste good.
