Samsung’s Galaxy S series Ultra models have come with several large cameras with high zoom capabilities. Now, the upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra is rumored to have Camera 200MP but it could be a new sensor beyond what SAMSUNG was given.
According to notable advertising expert Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra may come with a 200MP sensor. However, this 200MP sensor could be a completely new sensor – ISOCELL HP2. This will be Samsung’s third 200MP sensor to date after the HP1 and HP3. Yes, there is an ISOCELL HP3 out there.
Samsung may release its third 200MP sensor with the Galaxy S23 Ultra
Last year, Samsung introduced its first 200MP sensor – ISOCELL HP1. This year, Samsung introduced another 200MP sensor – the ISOCELL HP3 – that could launch alongside a new smartphone this month. So the next alleged sensor in the 200MP category could be the ISOCELL HP2. However, not much is known about the new 200MP HP2 sensor.
Meanwhile, the other cameras on the Galaxy S23 Ultra are expected to remain the same as its predecessor. A report suggests that the smartphone may come with a 10MP periscope sensor with 10x zoom. However, we recommend looking at this with a bit of salt as these are just speculations.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 series could launch in the first half of 2023. We don’t know much about the upcoming Galaxy flagship smartphones. But we hope to learn more about Samsung’s upcoming flagship smartphone as the launch date draws near.
