Ryan Garcia’s next fight will be Gervonta Davis: ‘F**k The Tune Up’
Looks like there’s less of a hitch in the highly anticipated clash between Ryan Garcia and Gervonta Davis.
Two young, undefeated stars recently agreed to compete in a Las Vegas bout in the 136lb weight class, with April 15 set. While the news was well received by fans, who don’t normally see big fights like this done, there are still some caveats.
‘Tank’ Davis is set to fight Hector Luis Garcia on January 7 in Washington, the last match was in May and managed to shake off some rust in the ring before stepping in possibly the toughest challenge of his career in ‘KingRy.’
It was assumed – and even planned – that Garcia would do the same. However, GAME now reports that a fight with Mercito Gesta at the end of January has been cancelled, even though contracts have been signed.
Garcia appeared to confirm the news in a series of tweets.
“F**k adjusts up. Bring the tank. DISCOVER HIM IN 2.”
“I was thinking about that the whole time they were learning about this fight and I feel like the fans and all the boxing supporters have seen the tweaks already. It’s about time we give our fans what they want. Also, [Davis] request adjustment, not me, so let him handle the business.
Having thought about that while they were learning about this fight and I feel like fans and all boxing supporters have seen these tunes, it’s time we bring it to you. fan what they want. Also he asked for adjustment not me so let him handle the business. LET’S GO

Firmly decide to eliminate the risk of shock loss before davis warbut on the other hand, it also means that when he steps into the ring in April 2023, it will be the first time in 8 months, while ‘The Tank’ will – if all goes according to plan – won two months earlier.
Of course, Garcia has more time in the gym, but many boxers will tell you that doesn’t compare to minutes in the ring.
The decision paints a picture of a confident Garcia who will enter the Vegas bout 23-0 with 19 kills. What a ‘Tank’ background looks like will depend on what the undefeated Hector Luis Garcia has to say in Washington – and this man is certainly no goofball.
