A main battle tank operated by the Kremlin army is now in the control of the Ukrainian army after the Russian soldier handed over his combat vehicle.
According to the adviser of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Victor Andrusiv, the Russian soldier voluntarily surrendered his tank to the Ukrainian forces, which saved his life.

He also added that the Russian soldier decided to surrender the tank after one of the crew members stayed behind, and he could not return home because his commander said he would shoot him and blame it for combat losses.
In addition, Ukroboronprom, a central Ukrainian state arms company, has promised to pay up to US$1 million for fighter jets and $500,000 for helicopters.
Ukroboronprom CEO Yuri Gusev made an offer on Facebook, asking users to share the post widely. The CEO said it would pay $1 million for “every stolen aircraft or combat-capable booty” of the Russian Aerospace Forces and $500,000 for “every helicopter fight”.
In addition, TV presenter Maria Yefrosinina, now an ambassador of the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine, announced an offer for Russian soldiers from the Government of Ukraine, funded by the IT community Global.
“The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense and the global IT community supply the Russian military [the opportunity] to surrender, get pardon and earn money,” Yefrosinina wrote. “IT people from all over the world have already raised millions of dollars and will continue to collect to pay the Russian military 5 million rubles in crypto to an account or in cash.”
Under the terms of the offer, any Russian soldier who wanted to could accept Ukraine’s legal protection and start over at his leisure.
