SG650 Concept previewed Shotgun 650 at EICMA last year

Both models have been tested many times

Rider Mania will likely be the Indian launch location of these new models
As impactful as Royal Enfield’s 650cc models, the range remains pretty much the same since it was first shown at EICMA in 2017. All that will change soon. After years of rigorous testing and intriguing spy footage, we believe the official launch of the Shotgun 650 and/or Super Meteor 650 is finally coming, possibly as early as next month.
It’s almost certain that at least one or both of these upcoming models will be officially announced at EICMA in early November, before launching shortly after. As far as India is concerned, the first time we will see these models in our home country will likely be at Rider Mania 2022, scheduled to take place from 18 to 20 November in Goa.
Upcoming Shotgun 650 has been previewed by The SG650 concept that RE showed at last year’s EICMA, and the production bike has since been spotted tested a number of times with very similar styling cues. Meanwhile, Super Meteor 650 has been through its own test cycle for quite some time and we recently learned some new details about the upcoming cruiser.
