Rihanna, a Barbadian citizen, cannot vote in the US, but she is encouraging Americans to vote for Harris

As a citizen of Barbados, Rihanna (born Robyn Fenty) is not eligible to vote in the US. To be The qualified thing to do, however, is to call a commenter who denied her “an illiterate ho.”

“I’m sleeping outside to make sure the navy shows up,” she said, referring to her rabid fan base, the self-styled Navy.
