Aylcia Baumgardner became the undisputed champion on the Amanda Serrano-Erika Cruz card on Saturday in New York City.
Baumgardner, who went into the match with three of the four major 1s0 titles, claimed his fourth by knocking out Elhem Mekhaled twice and beating the Frenchwoman by a decisive round.
The official scores are 99-89, 99-89 and 98-90.
It looked like the match would end in Round 3, as Baumgardner (14-1, 7 KOs) severely injured Mekhaled (15-2, 3 KOs) with his right hand in the middle of the round and then knocked her down with a series of shots.
