Rebel Wilson has revealed the very simple way she lost 35kg (77lbs) during the ‘Year of Health’ in 2020.
In an interview with Apple Fitness+, the 41-year-old actress admitted that walking – rather than endless high-intensity workouts – is actually her secret weapon for weight loss.
Rebel said a doctor at a healthcare facility advised her to walk, stressing it was the ‘best way’ for her to lose the kilos.

“The doctor told me, ‘Rebel, the best way for you to lose unwanted fat is to simply walk,'” she explains.
‘No intensity needed, no climbing required, just a moderate hour of walking a day. And if you can do that, for you, for your body type, that’s the best way to lose unwanted body fat. ‘
Rebel caused a stir around the world after declaring 2020 her ‘Year of Health’, and since then she has lost around 35kg.

In May, the Fat Pizza star candidly admitted to feeling ‘sad’ that she had waited until the age of 40 to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
“Now that I know I can do it, I sometimes feel sad that I didn’t do it sooner,” she told InStyle.
Acknowledging that she’s always been ‘a bit of a late developer,’ Rebel says she wishes she’d “tryed when I was 30, not 40.”
