Real world aiming for Saudi Cup

Dual group winner Real World (Ire) (Dark Angel {Ire}) pleased coach Saeed bin Suroor in his job on Thursday and is being assigned for the $20 million G1 Saudi Cup in February. The 5-year-old son of Godolphin of Nafura (GB) (Dubawi {Ire}), who won the Royal Hunts Cup listed at Royal Ascot on June 16, added Strensall S. on August 21 before signed last season with a tight spot to win the G2 Prix Daniel Wildenstein at ParisLongchamp on October 2.

“He worked today and he worked really well, he’s in order and I’m very pleased with him,” Bin Suroor said on Thursday. “His goal is to get him to Saudi, but I want to give him a first race later this month.

“I will evaluate him as he works next week and see when I think he is ready for a race and then we will come up with a plan. We don’t have to get him dirty against Saudi Arabia, I’ll leave him on the pitch, we’ll be back with dirt in the Saudi Cup. ”

He added, “When we brought him back to Newmarket, he grew and became a better horse, simple as that. That’s why I wanted to get him running on the front court, to get him ready for the Saudi Cup. ”
