The star also revealed that she follows a serious fitness routine, doing exercises daily.
“You absolutely have to have an exercise program,” Welch said in his memoir. I do something physical every day. “
But having an exercise routine isn’t something new for Welch.
The star told the Daily Mail at 61: “I wake up at 6am and do yoga, stretch and breathe.
“Then, six days a week, I go to the gym. I’m there at 7 a.m. and I do an hour of cardio and then 30 to 45 minutes of weight training.”
