Swiftly Systems Inc. raised $100 million in its latest funding round, raising the value of the grocery tech company to more than $1 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.
Funding, from BRV Capital Management and others, is the second round of funding this year for Swiftly and values it at $1.1 billion to $1.2 billion, one of them said. In March, Swiftly said it had raised $100 million in a Series B funding round led by Wormhole Capital.
