Instant Barfi Recipe: How to Make Instant Barfi

Get airplane cookies and chocolate chip cookies. Mix these two separately in a mixer. Now, add the elaichi powder, desiccated coconut and mixed fruit and combine in the chocolate chip crumbs. Mix this mixture with some milk to make a paste. Now spread the dough out and cover it with foil.

Next, take the plane cookie dough and add elaichi, sugar, desiccated coconut, dried fruit with some milk. Make a soft dough from it and wrap it in foil, like chocolate dough.

Once both dough balls have set, put them together and keep them in the refrigerator for three hours. When they’re done, take them out, cut them into squares and serve!
