Raksha Bandhan 2022: How to prepare Malai Ladoo for a quick glass of Mithai
To make this ladle, you pour water and milk into the pan. Boil milk until milk is reduced by half. The water will help keep the milk from sticking while reducing the consistency. Meanwhile, you will need to create paneer. Boil whole milk and add vinegar. Mix until milk curdles. Drain the moisture from the curdled milk and you will get the paste. Grind the paste into a fine paste. Keep this aside. Pour the sugar into the reduced milk and add the grated paneer. Once it has reached the right consistency, remove the pan from the flame. Make round cakes from dough and your mithai is ready!
