Start by adding besan, maida, sooji, haldi, green ginger chutney, jeera powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, chili flakes, garam masala, ajwain, hing, and coriander leaves. These spices will give the masaledaar flavor to the purist. Pour some oil and warm water and knead a semi-soft dough. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out. Fry the rolled dough until they become crispy and spongy. Crispy masala puri is ready!
Palak Puri Recipe: How to Make Palak Puri
Blend blanched spinach, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chili, garam masala, jeera, hing, coriander powder and sauce. In a mixing bowl, pour the spinach powder and combine with the atta, besan, sooji, ajwain, and buffalo buttermilk until the dough is ready. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out. Fry the rolled dough until they become crispy and spongy. Puri palak is ready!
