Raksha Bandhan 2022: How to create Kalakand in just 10 minutes

Raksha Bandhan Special: Kalakand Recipe: How to Make Kalakand

  • To start with the recipe, mix 250 grams of paneer and transfer it to the pan. Add 3/4 cup sugar and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add 1/2 cup of powdered milk and cook until the mixture comes together. Add cardamom powder and mix well with the mixture.
  • Once done, grease the plate and transfer the cooked mixture onto the tray.
  • Flatten the kalakand, sprinkle some pistachios and rose petals on top.
