Rabri Malpua Recipe: How to Make Rabri Malpua
First, we need to prepare the missionaries. Start by boiling the milk in a bowl. Add a cup of sugar to it and mix well. Now add the saffron, pistachios and almonds to the milk, then the cardamom powder and mix thoroughly to form a smooth powder.
Next, to prepare the sugar syrup, put the sugar in a bowl with a little water and bring to a boil. Add saffron, cardamom powder and almonds to the boiling water and mix well. To make malpua, take maida in a bowl, add sooji, khoya along with powdered sugar and saunf, followed by water. Beat it all together. Continue adding water to form a cream-like paste.
