Quiambao targets bigger prize | Inquirer Sports
After winning two Olympic distance races earlier this year, Bea Quiambao took a bigger hit on Sunday when she claimed her first Ironman 70.3 Puerto Princesa crown, a half-triathlon event. more tired than the tournaments she dominated in Bohol and Subic.
The final Iron Man race of the season will be held on a course boasting one of the most stunning natural spins in the country, where Quiambao was listed as one of the domestic favorites. Women’s swimming pool 1.9 km, 90 km. cycling event and running 21 km.
Bohol and Subic have already surpassed the shorter 1.5km swim, 40km bike ride and 10km run, and Quiambao will also be ahead of entries from a total of 26 countries that have achieved 70.3 in a while quite a long time.
