MANILA, Philippines – Kalei Mau vows to come back stronger after competing from injury at the 2022 Premier League Volleyball League Enhanced Congress.

F2 Logistics failed to live up to expectations by missing out on the semi-finals after losing two of their last three games, being eliminated by one seed to advance to the next round.

Despite not reaching the semi-finals, Mau was happy to play with the Cargo Movers she knew as she scored 20 points, completing a comeback in the third set after a 17-12 lead by scored six of the last eight points in the bracket to end the semi-finals. tournament with a 4-4 record.

“That’s the team I know. That’s the team I’ve been playing with for the last three or almost four years,” she said.

“It’s great to finally win and have that great feeling. We’ve been down for a while and haven’t really played the F2 way. So I think we were finally able to do it tonight, and it was nice to end with a win, on a high note,” said Stalzer.

Mau said the key to them winning big was that they played with nothing to lose. It wasn’t the end of the tournament they wanted but she was proud after finishing the tournament strong.

“I think what makes the difference is not the pressure, let’s have fun, our game plan is really to do our best and always be together. I think we did exactly that and I’m really proud of our team for doing it today,” Mau said.
