Project: Carrie Bickmore reveals grueling leg workout at the gym

Carrie Bickmore shared with fans the grueling leg workout she tried at the gym, but only lasted 30 seconds.

The Project presenter, 41, posted a video on Instagram on Friday of her doing the challenging reverse cycling exercise.

The mother of 3 with a super standard body uses her hands to support the weight when swinging her legs back and forth rhythmically to the music.

A personal trainer cheered her on in front of the camera by saying, ‘Come on, Carrie, let’s go,’ which gave her extra motivation to hit the half-minute mark.

Carrie is proud of herself for hitting her target time without stopping.

In the video’s caption, she said she ‘fell down at the end but only had 30 seconds’.

Carrie previously talked about her healthy lifestyle in an interview with Women’s Health.

She says a combination of Pilates, running, CrossFit and eating right will help her stay in shape.

‘I walk most days, I run and on weekends I take a Pilates class. I also just started CrossFit,’ Carrie told the magazine.

‘I found a KX Pilates studio, which uses weights, so it’s fast. Some weeks I get five workouts, some only three. But I’m pretty relaxed about it and my weeks are pretty active no matter what I’m doing,” she continued.

For her diet, Carrie follows a staple breakfast followed by a combination of healthy carbohydrates, lean protein, and vegetables.

‘I usually eat yogurt and muesli or porridge for breakfast. Then I’ll have a mid-morning coffee and a wrap or sushi for lunch,’ she said.
